Tax Associate — Palo Alto

We are seeking associates from law school class years 2020–2023 to join a growing tax practice in Palo Alto. The group handles sophisticated transactional and tax-structured matters across M&A, capital markets, fund formation and real estate.

Successful candidates will have strong tax research and writing experience, excellent oral advocacy and analytical skills, and top academic credentials. The team values interpersonal engagement and encourages direct client contact, public speaking at national tax forums, and regular in-office collaboration.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission eligibility where required
• Law school class years 2020–2023
• Demonstrated tax research and writing ability
• Experience with one or more of: private equity/M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs/IPO work), investment fund formation, or real estate/REIT matters
• Excellent oral communication, analytical skills, and top academic record
• Enthusiasm for client interaction, public speaking, and collaborative in-office work
