Seeking a tax associate to join a national law firm's tax credit finance & development practice. The role focuses on federal and state tax credit matters, including New Markets Tax Credits, and work that intersects with real estate finance and development projects.

The firm will consider candidates for multiple offices and its virtual practice, but candidates based in St. Louis are strongly preferred. Applicants should be licensed in the state of the office to which they apply or be willing to obtain licensure promptly.

At least 4 years of tax credit experience, including New Markets Tax Credits
Experience with real estate finance and development matters
