Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate — St. Louis

Senior litigation team in St. Louis is seeking an associate to join a busy toxic tort and environmental practice. The role focuses on defense-side environmental and toxic tort litigation across state, federal, and administrative forums, including multi-site and coordinated federal matters.

Typical work includes case management, motion practice, discovery, and participation in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The group is open to candidates with direct toxic-tort/environmental experience or strong litigation skills who wish to develop in this specialty. Competitive benefits are offered.

• 1–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort or environmental matters
• Admission to the Missouri State Bar required
