Senior-level associate role in the Healthcare & Medical Malpractice practice of a national AmLaw 100 firm’s St. Louis office. The position focuses on defending healthcare providers in medical malpractice and related general liability matters in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.

Work will include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending expert depositions, and trial preparation. The team represents a broad range of healthcare professionals and facilities across many clinical specialties, and the practice is one of the largest healthcare groups nationally.

The firm is seeking a self-starting, collaborative litigator who can manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a growing practice.

Bar admission in Missouri
2–7 years of experience in medical malpractice and/or general liability (premises, products, transportation)
Experience with expert depositions and trial preparation preferred
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
