Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney — St. Louis

Growing healthcare litigation team in St. Louis seeks an associate with medical malpractice and/or general liability experience. The role involves defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and related administrative matters.

Work includes managing cases from discovery through trial preparation, taking and defending expert depositions, drafting motions and briefs, and collaborating with a large, multidisciplinary healthcare practice. The team is open to candidates with direct healthcare experience or proven litigation skills who want to develop in the healthcare space.

• 2–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, preferably including medical malpractice and/or general liability.
• Admission to practice in Missouri (or ability to become admitted).
• Experience with expert depositions and trial preparation preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical ability, and capacity to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
