Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established energy tax practice in the Miami office of a leading international law firm. The role will focus on advising energy sector clients on tax structuring for transactions, financings, and regulatory matters, and on managing and mentoring junior team members.

The partner will work collaboratively across practice groups and offices on cross-border and domestic matters, contributing to business development and practice strategy. A portable practice or the ability to generate an independent book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in tax, with a focus on energy or infrastructure matters
Strong technical tax skills across transactional and regulatory issues
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams and working collaboratively across practice groups
Relevant law degree and bar admission; LL.M. in Tax or equivalent qualification a plus
