The successful candidate will take a visible practice leadership role, managing and mentoring junior lawyers while handling a varied docket of tax controversies and related litigation. There is flexibility for candidates with an existing portable practice or a strong record of client development.

Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and related litigation.
Strong litigation skills, including motion practice and courtroom experience.
Track record of business development; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.
Admission to the New York bar (or eligible), excellent client management and leadership abilities.
