Established US law firm is seeking a lateral Tax Partner to join its Chicago office. The role will lead and develop tax matters across a range of corporate and transactional matters, working with cross‑discipline teams and senior internal and external stakeholders.

This is a partner track role for an experienced tax practitioner who can both manage complex matters and contribute to business development. The firm values collaborative partners who will help grow and deepen a tax practice in the Chicago market.

Experienced tax partner with substantial experience in corporate and transactional tax matters.
Proven track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Strong technical tax skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
