3–5 years of law firm experience in technology transactions or closely related practice.
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with technology and commercial agreements (licenses, SaaS, development/collaboration, data-use).
Experience with IP-related due diligence in M&A/financings and familiarity with technology commercialization issues.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues related to AI, data governance, and risk allocation preferred.
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts or eligible to waive in; strong academic record and excellent writing and communication skills.
