Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating software and technology licenses, development and professional services agreements, supply/collaboration arrangements, and supporting M&A and financing matters with contract and IP diligence. The team emphasizes high-quality client-facing drafting, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and work on cutting-edge technology matters.

3–6 years post-qualification transactional experience focused on technology/IP deals
Experience drafting and negotiating software licenses, development agreements, professional services agreements and related commercial contracts
Familiarity with IP issues in technology transactions and experience supporting M&A or financing diligence is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on complex matters
California bar membership preferred (other state bar acceptable)
