Seeking a Technology Transactions associate (3–5 years' experience) to join a national technology practice with openings across the firm's U.S. offices. The role supports technology and life‑sciences clients at all stages, including emerging companies and venture-backed businesses.

Day-to-day work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating collaboration, licensing, partnering and other commercial agreements; advising on IP and technology issues in M&A, public offerings and venture financings; and counseling clients on product strategy, development and commercialization across areas such as AI, fintech, biotech, digital health and cybersecurity.

The team offers structured training, mentoring and integration into client engagements; candidates should be prepared for a fast‑paced, transactional practice with exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and strategic commercial arrangements.

3–5 years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions
Demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience with licensing, collaboration and commercial technology agreements
Experience advising on IP/technology aspects of M&A, financings or public offerings preferred
JD required and admission to the bar of the state where the candidate will be based
Strong legal research, analytical, drafting and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
