Trademark Associate — Intellectual Property

National law firm seeks a Trademark Associate to join its Intellectual Property team, with openings in Indianapolis or Minneapolis. The role focuses on trademark prosecution and portfolio management for a mix of established brands and emerging clients.

Responsibilities include U.S. and international trademark prosecution, clearance and maintenance, enforcement work (including TTAB matters), domain-name disputes and related copyright matters. The team operates collaboratively across offices and provides strategic, business-focused brand-protection counsel.

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing.
• 3–6 years of experience in U.S. trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement; international experience a plus.
• Experience with USPTO filings, clearance searches, TTAB oppositions/cancellations, cease-and-desist letters, and UDRP/domain disputes.
• Strong research and writing skills, client-facing experience, and proficiency with trademark searching databases and tools.
