Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate to join its Intellectual Property team in multiple U.S. offices, including New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Raleigh. This role is focused on trademark prosecution and portfolio work and offers exposure to high-profile IP matters.

The role is best for an attorney with 2–3 years of trademark prosecution experience who wants to deepen expertise across clearance, registration, enforcement, and counseling. There are opportunities to work on trademark and copyright issues and to gain experience with TTAB procedures and related litigation.

Juris Doctor (JD) required and active bar license in the state of the hiring office
Approximately 2–3 years of trademark prosecution experience
Experience with trademark portfolio management, clearance, enforcement, and counseling
Familiarity with trademark/copyright litigation and TTAB proceedings preferred
Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills
