Seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join a national intellectual property team with strong trademark and brand-protection work. The role supports a busy trademark practice advising technology, media, and consumer brand clients on clearance, prosecution, enforcement, TTAB and UDRP matters, and portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities include conducting U.S. and multinational trademark clearance searches and opinions, managing domestic and international prosecution and Office Action responses, supporting enforcement and TTAB proceedings, coordinating with foreign counsel, and assisting with copyright registrations, licensing, and IP due diligence for corporate transactions.

Positions are open in New York or Seattle; associates will work closely with partners and clients and are expected to take meaningful responsibility early in their careers.

2–5 years of trademark/IP experience at a law firm
Experience with U.S. and multinational trademark clearance and prosecution; familiarity with SAEGIS and/or Corsearch a plus
Experience with TTAB proceedings, UDRP, enforcement matters, and IP-related due diligence
Strong legal research, drafting, investigative, organizational, and project-management skills
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar (or eligibility to waive in)
