Trademark & Copyright Litigation Associate — Intellectual Property

Experienced trademark and copyright litigator sought to join a busy national IP litigation team. The role supports district-court and contested TTAB work across a range of enforcement and defense matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions and pre-trial preparation.

Team members will handle end-to-end litigation tasks, participate in pre-litigation investigations and settlement discussions, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple U.S. offices. This position is open in several major U.S. offices; the role is office-based (not remote).

The team is seeking candidates with strong legal writing, attention to detail, and a demonstrable interest in building a top-tier litigation practice.

• Approximately 3 years of post-qualification litigation experience in trademark and copyright matters
• Experience with district-court litigation tasks: discovery, motion drafting, legal research, deposition and trial preparation
• Familiarity with TTAB proceedings, enforcement, and pre-litigation investigations preferred
• Strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and organized, detail-oriented approach
