Trademark, Copyright & Media Attorney — Intellectual Property (San Diego)

Seeking a non-partnership track attorney to join a nationally recognized IP team in San Diego. The role focuses on advertising, marketing and unfair competition matters across counseling, regulatory dispute work, and litigation support.

Typical responsibilities include advertising review and claims substantiation, defending and prosecuting false advertising and promotions litigation, and representing clients before NAD and other regulatory bodies. Hybrid working model with regular in-office presence.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active CA bar admission
• 2-5 years' experience handling advertising, promotions, or marketing law matters, including false advertising and NAD disputes
• Strong analytical, legal research and writing skills; attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and communicate persuasively
