Trademark Staff Attorney — Intellectual Property

Seeking a non-partnership track Trademark Staff Attorney to join a national intellectual property team. This role is open in Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Phoenix and focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and brand counseling across domestic and international matters.

The team handles comprehensive trademark work including selection, clearance, registration, and enforcement; familiarity with U.S. copyright issues is a plus. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role that emphasizes strong writing, docketing, and prosecution skills.

Applicants must be able to practice in the chosen jurisdiction (active state bar admission or eligibility to waive in required). The position reports into the IP group and is not on the partnership track.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic and international trademark clearance and prosecution
• Strong legal writing, attention to detail, and organizational/docketing skills
• Active bar admission in the selected jurisdiction or ability to waive into that bar
• Familiarity with U.S. copyright law is a plus
