Seeking an estate planning attorney to join a busy Taxation & Wealth Planning team in the West Palm Beach office. The position offers hands-on work across estate planning, tax planning, probate, and trust administration for individuals and families with a range of planning needs.

The role involves drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and tax filings, advising on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, and assisting with trust and estate administration. You will work in a collaborative, high-volume environment and may gain exposure to family office structures and advanced planning techniques.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Florida bar license required
4–10 years of post-qualification experience in estate planning, trusts, probate and related tax matters
LL.M. in Taxation is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical and client-relationship skills
Experience preparing estate and gift tax returns and handling trust/estate administration
Authorized to work in the United States
