Seeking a junior- to mid-level associate to join a New York white collar and investigations team. The role focuses on conducting internal investigations, responding to government inquiries, and interacting with criminal and civil authorities.

Work will also involve supporting complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters relating to securities, commodities and financial transactions. The team values candidates with strong research and writing skills and experience in high-stakes investigative and enforcement matters.

2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in white collar investigations, enforcement, or related litigation
Experience handling internal investigations and responding to government inquiries (federal and/or state)
Background in securities, commodities, or financial-services litigation or investigations preferred
Federal clerkship and/or prior large law firm experience strongly preferred
Top-tier law school graduate with strong academic record; law review, moot court, or journal experience preferred
