We have a new opportunity for an experienced workers' compensation Associate to join our rapidly growing Insurance practice, based in our Darwin office.

About the Team
Our Insurance team handles statutory insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries, and compulsory third-party claims. With approximately 90 people across Darwin, Perth, and Adelaide, this role offers a fantastic hands-on opportunity with significant learning, development, and progression potential, working closely with interesting clients and alongside highly regarded partners and lawyers.
About You
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience in workers' compensation.
- Ideally, experience on the defendant side, but we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice.
- A genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin.
- Clear, concise legal writing skills and strong attention to detail.
