Apply in confidence →Role Summary: We are seeking 3L law students (JD 2027) to join our Intellectual Property Litigation practice group as entry-level associates. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in patent law and a background or education in science or engineering.
Practice Focus: Our IP litigation team handles a broad range of matters, including patent infringement, trademark disputes, copyright law, and trade secret litigation. We have experience before federal district and appellate courts, the PTAB, the TTAB, and in Section 337 investigations before the ITC.
Candidate Profile:
- Expected JD in 2027 (current 3L law student).
- Exceptional academic achievement and professional excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Sound judgment and proven problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, motivation, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Meaningful prior work experience; engagement in extracurricular or leadership activities.
- Ability to work effectively in team settings and an entrepreneurial, business-minded perspective.
- Background or education in science or engineering is required.
Compensation & Benefits: The expected salary is $225,000. We offer a full range of elective benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts, as well as pre-tax commuter benefits.
