Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking 2027 JD graduates (3L students) to join our entry-level associate class across multiple U.S. offices. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a strong interest in patent law and a technical background.

Our IP litigation team handles a broad range of disputes, including patent infringement, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. Our lawyers have experience before federal courts, the PTAB, the TTAB, and Section 337 investigations before the ITC.

We are looking for candidates with:
