Location: Washington, DC
Role Overview: Our client—a leading law firm—is seeking 3L law students (graduating JD 2027) to join the entry-level associate class in its Washington, DC office, focusing on cyber, data, and privacy litigation and counseling.
Practice Area: The group provides comprehensive counseling and litigation support in cybersecurity, data rights, and privacy. Work includes responding to data breaches, drafting privacy policies, conducting M&A due diligence, guiding clients through regulatory investigations (e.g., FTC inquiries), and defending litigation. The team handles novel legal issues arising from innovative technologies and business models across traditional and emerging industries.
Requirements:
- JD degree expected in 2027
- Strong academic credentials and interest in privacy, data security, and litigation

Compensation & Benefits: The expected salary is $225,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, generous parental leave, fertility benefits, 4 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick time, and 10 paid holidays.
