Business Litigation – Entry-Level Associate (2027 Graduates)

We are seeking highly motivated 3L law students (JD 2027) to join our Business Litigation practice group as entry-level associates in our New York, Palo Alto, and Washington, DC offices. This is a unique opportunity to begin your legal career in a nationally prominent litigation practice within a dynamic, multi-office environment. Recruiter submissions will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Review and analyze case files, evidence, and legal citations.
Maintain organized case files and collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

J.D. expected in 2027 (graduating Spring 2027).
Strong interest in litigation and a desire for professional growth.
Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits: The expected annual salary is $225,000.
