Our client, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a litigation attorney to join its Providence, Rhode Island office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload spanning admiralty, general liability, and employment law.

The ideal candidate will have at least four to fifteen years of civil litigation experience, with demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of discovery, and outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on responsibility and is ready to independently handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files. Admission to both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars is required.

Minimum of 4 to 15 years of civil litigation experience
Experience managing all aspects of discovery
