Labor and Employment Litigation Associate

Our Labor & Employment practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join our litigation team in Washington, D.C.

The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in labor and employment litigation, coupled with strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials. You should be knowledgeable about federal and state labor and employment laws and adept at providing strategic advice on workplace law issues, including:

• Wage and hour compliance
• Employee relations and risk mitigation
• Employment agreements and reductions in force
• ADA and workplace accommodations
• Employment-related policies

Candidates must possess:

• Meaningful labor and employment litigation experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Stellar academic credentials
• Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws
• Experience advising on workplace law issues
