Antitrust & Competition Associate — Washington

Mid-level associate role in a major firm's Antitrust & Competition practice based in the Washington, D.C. office. The position focuses on transactional antitrust work including HSR filings, deal counseling, and merger investigations before federal and state enforcement agencies.

Candidates with experience in antitrust investigations, complex federal litigation, and client counseling are strongly preferred. Background advising or litigating in technology, pharmaceuticals, health care, or retail industries is helpful but not required.

• 3–6 years of transactional antitrust experience in private practice or government (HSR, deal counseling, merger investigations)
• Experience with antitrust investigations and complex federal litigation preferred
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team
• Licensed or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction; excellent academic credentials
