Top-tier national antitrust group seeks a 1st–4th year associate to join a growing Antitrust & Competition practice. The role is open to candidates based in multiple U.S. offices (team largely concentrated in Washington, D.C., but candidates in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York will be considered).

Successful candidates will work on government enforcement matters, internal and government investigations, and complex civil antitrust litigation, including discovery management and drafting pretrial motions. The team appears frequently before federal and state courts and interacts with federal enforcement authorities.

1–4 years post-qualification experience in antitrust/competition law or complex civil litigation
Experience with antitrust investigations, government enforcement matters, or civil antitrust litigation (discovery, motions, case management)
Admission or eligibility to be admitted to the bar in the hiring office jurisdiction
Prior federal clerkship and/or background in economics or related subjects preferred
