Antitrust Associate (San Francisco)

We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join our Antitrust and Competition team. The role involves representing clients in civil litigation, civil conduct investigations before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, and criminal enforcement matters.

Substantive knowledge of antitrust law is required. Ideally, candidates will also have experience working with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC government service.

The position offers the opportunity to work on complex antitrust matters across litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions.

• 3 to 7 years of experience (law school class years 2018 to 2022)
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law
• Experience in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters
• Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC government service preferred
• Strong writing and analytical skills
