Associate — Antitrust & Competition (Litigation / Merger Control)

Leading international practice seeking an associate with antitrust litigation and/or merger-control experience to join its US antitrust team. The role offers exposure to high‑stakes merger filings, defense against private and public antitrust claims, and responses to government investigations.

The team handles complex cross‑border matters and routinely works on second‑requests, Phase II proceedings and enforcement responses. This position is open to candidates based in multiple US offices.

• Minimum of 2 years' PQE in antitrust/competition work; typically 3–7 years' associate experience
• Substantive experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control (Second Requests, clearance filings, Phase II matters)
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills
• Experience responding to government investigations and coordinating cross‑border matters; team‑oriented and able to manage multiple matters
