Associate Attorney – Corporate Transactions & Advisory (M&A)

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level associate attorney to join our Corporate Transactions & Advisory practice in São Paulo, focusing on M&A and cross-border work.

In this role, you will advise clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures, with an emphasis on transactions governed by New York law.

• Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Meaningful experience advising on public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures under New York law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working effectively across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Experience practicing at a leading international law firm.
