Project Development / Project Finance Associate

Our corporate practice group is seeking mid- to senior-level project development and project finance associates to join our team across multiple offices.

• Significant involvement in M&A, financing transactions, and debt finance, with a preference for experience in renewable energy transactions.
• Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
• Candidates may be based in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., or Chicago.

• Mid- to senior-level experience in project development and project finance.
• Strong track record in M&A, financing transactions, and debt finance.
• Preference for renewable energy transaction experience.
