3–4 years post‑qualification experience (Banking & Finance or broader transactional practice with strong finance interest)
Strong legal research and drafting skills, with commercial judgment and attention to detail
Proactive team player who takes responsibility and communicates persuasively
Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
