Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded litigator to join a market-leading Commercial Dispute Resolution team. The role is permanent and full-time, with hybrid working offered.

You will work on a broad range of disputes, with a particular focus on IT, procurement and restrictive covenant matters, while also handling litigation, arbitration and mediation cases. Working closely with highly regarded partners, you will manage your own caseload, contribute to business development, and help develop more junior team members.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 1–4 years’ PQE (though applications outside this range will be considered) and a proven background in commercial dispute resolution. You should be analytical, self-motivated, and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in building a successful practice within a supportive, collaborative national team.

• Proven commercial dispute resolution background and solid knowledge of litigation principles
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercially aware, with enthusiasm for business development and keeping up to date with practice area developments
• Able to understand client business needs and act in the best interests of both client and firm
• Ambitious team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to a collaborative culture
