Leading international law firm in Brussels seeks an associate to join a growing Employment practice handling a mix of advisory, transactional and litigation matters. The role offers exposure to collective and individual employment law work, including contract drafting/termination, collective redundancies and employment aspects of corporate restructurings.

Work will involve regular client contact with legal and HR teams, collaboration with colleagues across jurisdictions, and participation in both court and out-of-court mandates. The team provides structured training on legal, technical and soft skills to support career development.

1–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
Belgian law degree; postgraduate study or international education an advantage.
Native Dutch speaker with excellent English and French (oral and written).
Strong analytical, drafting and presentation skills; commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
Comfortable with a mix of advisory, transactional and litigation work and able to work in cross-border teams.
