2–5 years' post-qualification experience in government-contracts or related transactional/regulatory work
Experience advising on procurement regulations, small-business size/status, and domestic preference requirements
Strong legal research, writing, and project-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively on M&A and other cross-practice transactional matters
