Government Contracts Associate — Washington, D.C.

An established, nationally recognized Government Contracts practice is seeking associates to join its Washington, D.C. office. The team handles a broad range of government contracting matters, including contract disputes litigation, transactional support, suspension and debarment proceedings, and False Claims Act and internal investigation work.

The ideal candidate brings wide-ranging experience across government contracts law and is comfortable advising on both contentious and transactional matters involving federal contracting. Experience with bid protests is welcome but not required.

This is an opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice on substantive matters while developing a broad skill set in government contracts.

• Law school class year 2017 through 2019 (or equivalent experience).
• Broad experience in government contracts law.
• Preferred: experience litigating government contract disputes, supporting corporate transactions, addressing suspension and debarment issues, and handling False Claims Act or internal investigation matters.
• Bid protest experience is not required.
