Candidates will work on all phases of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, drafting briefs, and supporting trial and appellate work. Preference will be given to those with technical backgrounds in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields.
The team emphasizes strong mentorship, structured training, and collaborative client teams; attorneys will have opportunities to develop substantive courtroom and appellate experience on high‑profile life sciences matters.
- 2–7 years of intellectual property litigation experience, with specific life sciences patent litigation preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing.
- Technical background in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated legal research and writing ability; experience drafting briefs and handling fact/expert discovery.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
