We are seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property Litigation practice, focusing on patent and trade-secret disputes. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases across multiple offices.

Manage and handle all aspects of patent and trade-secret litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and motion practice.
Take and defend depositions, with experience in these areas preferred.
Mentor and supervise junior associates, helping to develop their litigation skills.
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.

We seek candidates with a high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience. Strong written and oral advocacy skills are essential.

3 to 7 years of experience in IP litigation, specifically patent and trade-secret cases.
Experience taking and defending depositions preferred.
Teaching or supervising junior associates preferred.
High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
