Associate — IP Litigation

Top-tier US firm seeks an IP litigation associate with experience handling patent and trade-secret matters. The role involves managing case work across the U.S., including discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.

Candidates will join a team that regularly handles complex, high-stakes disputes; responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and advising clients on litigation strategy. Opportunity to supervise and mentor junior associates.

• 3–7 years' post-qualification experience in IP litigation (patent and trade-secret cases)
• Proven experience managing case work, including discovery and motion practice
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Track record of strong academic credentials and prior law firm litigation experience; experience mentoring junior lawyers preferred
