Associate — IP Litigation, Northern California

Top-tier US law firm team is seeking an experienced IP litigation associate to join its Northern California office. The role focuses on patent and trade-secret litigation matters across federal courts and the ITC, working on all stages of complex litigations.

The successful candidate will manage discovery, take and defend depositions, draft substantive motions and briefs, and mentor junior associates. The team handles high-stakes disputes for sophisticated technology clients.

• 3–7 years post-qualification experience in patent and trade-secret litigation
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Demonstrated ability to manage casework and supervise junior associates
• Strong academic credentials and established law-firm litigation experience
• Admission to the relevant state bar
