Associate/Senior Associate | Disputes & Investigations

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Disputes & Investigations practice in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation and disputes, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes for clients across a range of industries.

• Work closely with leading partners on high-value litigation matters
• Manage all aspects of dispute resolution, from case strategy to court appearances
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients and collaborate with a high-performing team

To succeed in this role, you will have strong technical skills and a proven track record in commercial litigation.

• Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' post-admission experience in litigation or disputes
• Experience managing complex disputes, including pleadings, discovery, and court appearances
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team
