Join a market-leading Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team in Melbourne, working on public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets and corporate advisory matters. Experience in M&A and/or equity capital markets from a top-tier national or international practice (private practice or a mix of private practice and in-house experience).
Ability to manage smaller matters and lead components of larger transactions.
Strong academic background and excellent drafting, commercial judgement and client service skills.
Motivated to learn, develop a specialist area, mentor others and contribute to team initiatives.
