Capital markets team in the Washington, DC office is seeking a mid-level associate with 2–6+ years of experience in structured finance or bank lending. Work will focus on private securities offerings and securitizations, asset-backed and structured lending, and syndicated or bilateral bank financings.

CLO, ABS and CMBS experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have strong transactional law firm experience, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to handle deal execution and client-facing documentation under partner supervision.

2–6+ years' PQE in structured finance, securitization, or bank/asset-backed lending
Experience on private securities offerings, CLOs, ABS/CMBS, syndicated lending, or asset-backed/structured loans
Proven transactional drafting and deal-management skills
Excellent academics and prior law firm experience
