Midlevel Associate, Agency Lender

Practice Overview: Our Project Development and Finance Practice is a global leader in advising sponsors, developers, and financiers on complex, large-scale infrastructure and development projects. Our multidisciplinary teams work across energy, transportation, real estate, and public infrastructure, providing counsel from initial planning through financing, construction, and operation. We advise on project agreements, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and complex financial transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate credit facilities and related financing documentation, including security agreements, accounts agreements, and intercreditor arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale, procurement, project development, construction, joint venture, supply, and offtake agreements.
• Counsel clients on joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic transactions across public and private companies in relevant industries.
• Manage deal teams and processes across practice areas and geographies.
• Advise on legal issues in heavily regulated industries and conduct due diligence and research.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and other transactional teams.
• Mentor and train junior team members, and participate in continuing education and client development initiatives.

Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant law firm or in-house experience, with a strong background in domestic and international agency lending. We seek candidates with excellent analytical and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. International experience and additional language fluency are a plus.
