Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate

We are seeking a finance associate to join our market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. This role focuses on representing creditors and borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings.

Associates will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, top-of-the-capital-structure representations, including advising hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

• 1–5 years of relevant finance and restructuring experience
• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, or special situations financings
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
