Associate – Technology, Media & Intellectual Property

Our national Technology, Media and Intellectual Property practice is expanding and seeking a talented Associate to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse matters within the technology, media, and IP sectors, advising a broad range of clients. We are looking for a high-calibre lawyer with strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.

• Associate-level role within a leading national TMT & IP practice
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne
• Work across exciting and complex technology, media, and intellectual property matters

• We are seeking a high-calibre Associate with experience in technology, media, and/or intellectual property law.
• Strong drafting, advisory, and transactional skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Admission to practice in Australia (or eligibility for admission) is required.
• Relevant experience in a reputable law firm or in-house environment is preferred.
