Mid-level associate wanted for a 6-month fixed-term contract in a busy London technology transactions team. You will work on a range of commercial tech and telecoms matters including SaaS/cloud, AI-related commercial agreements, outsourcing, software licensing and development contracts, and system implementation projects.

Practical experience advising on commercial technology contracts: cloud/SaaS, outsourcing, software development and implementation, telecoms, licensing and support.
Strong understanding of commercial and legal issues in tech contracts, including warranties, indemnities and liabilities, SLAs, transition/exit arrangements, change control and escrow arrangements.
Ability to work effectively on mid-level matters within a collaborative team and to manage competing priorities during a fixed-term engagement.
