Join a specialist regulatory team advising on product and technology regulation, with a primary focus on hardware and software (including AI). The role combines advisory work on product launches, compliance programmes and regulatory interpretation with contentious work such as investigations, enforcement and recalls.

You will work on cross-border matters for clients developing or deploying emerging technologies, providing clear, commercially focused advice under time pressure and supporting engagement with regulators and industry bodies. The team offers early client exposure, collaborative working and scope to contribute to business development.

Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales (or equivalent) with relevant regulatory experience.
Demonstrable experience advising on product regulatory frameworks for technology products (hardware and/or software) and developing compliance or governance systems.
Experience supporting or leading responses to regulatory investigations or enforcement actions and engaging with regulators.
Strong analytical skills, excellent drafting, confident client handling and a proactive, solutions‑led approach; interest in AI and emerging tech essential.
