Experienced tax lawyer wanted for a senior associate/counsel role in a Munich tax team. The role focuses on corporate tax and international tax matters, advising on cross-border structuring, transactional tax issues and ongoing tax compliance for corporate clients.

You will join a team that works closely with transactional and finance colleagues across offices, handling complex domestic and international mandates. The position offers substantive client-facing work, involvement in restructurings and M&A-related tax advice, and opportunities to develop specialist expertise in cross-border tax planning.

Qualified Rechtsanwalt or equivalent qualification with a focus on tax law (or strong tax background); Steuerberater qualification is a plus.
Several years' post-qualification experience in corporate and international tax (exact PQE flexible).
Strong knowledge of German corporate tax, cross-border tax rules and transactional tax work.
Fluent German and strong English; excellent drafting and client-facing skills.
