Top-tier regional practice is seeking a construction litigation associate to join its team in Seattle or Portland. The role focuses on contested construction matters and contract work for public and private owners, developers, design professionals, and contractors on complex projects.

3–5 years of construction litigation experience.
Experience representing owners, developers, architects/engineers, design firms and/or contractors on complex construction matters; familiarity with both litigation and contract drafting.
Excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Degree or coursework in engineering, architecture, or construction management strongly preferred.
Active Washington or Oregon bar, or ability to obtain admission or waive in via reciprocity/UBE transfer.
