- 3–5 years of construction litigation experience.
- Experience representing owners, developers, architects/engineers, design firms and/or contractors on complex construction matters; familiarity with both litigation and contract drafting.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Degree or coursework in engineering, architecture, or construction management strongly preferred.
- Active Washington or Oregon bar, or ability to obtain admission or waive in via reciprocity/UBE transfer.
