Our Seattle office is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate (JD 2020 – JD 2023) to join our Complex Litigation Practice Group. Our litigators operate as a multi-disciplinary team across offices, handling precedent-setting cases and resolving high-stakes commercial disputes. A significant portion of the Fortune 250 has chosen us as outside counsel, and we are proud of our robust pro bono practice, with attorneys contributing approximately 100,000 pro bono hours annually.

Qualified candidates will have experience managing day-to-day litigation tasks, including drafting motions, briefs, and discovery requests; taking and defending depositions; and conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on substantive and procedural issues. Experience with AI is preferred but not required.
