Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking junior and midlevel associates to join its Corporate practice. The role focuses on supporting private company buyers and sellers, private equity, venture capital and other investors, and emerging companies and founders on a range of corporate matters, including middle-market M&A, venture capital transactions, and corporate governance.

Associates will work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions across the technology and startup ecosystems, with opportunities for meaningful responsibility on deal teams and strong client relationship development.

1–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, emerging companies, and general corporate matters preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) in the state where the position is based.
